New rules from the Securities and Exchange Commission will let anyone invest at least $2,000 a year in a small company in exchange for a stake in the business and Companies are allowed to raise up to $1 million every 12 months through this method. Accredited Investor Previously, defined in the U.S. as those with an annual income of at least $200,000 or a minimum net worth of $1 million—were allowed to take equity stakes in most private companies. The new rules, however, allow anyone to become an early-stage investor only if he or she has the cash.

The changed regulations for crowdfunding also allow small businesses to raise money with relatively few regulatory hurdles. Among them is that most first-time issuers, or small companies seeking less than $500K need not provide audited financial statements (They do, however, need to provide unaudited documents at request).

As a remote call center agent, your responsibilities are to answer questions from customers, provide customer service for inbound calls, and make outbound calls to customers regarding sales, orders, billing information, and other quality assurance issues. If your responsibilities include tasks related to being a sales representative, you may follow up on leads generated by other sales reps or marketing managers. When you are unable to answer questions for a client or customer, you pass them off to a more experienced home-based representative or manager.

Nurse or Medical Assistant Call Center Agent - Remote Agent - 2019-3

SKY Telecom Telemedicine hires LVN/LPN's or Medical Assistants from the United States and Canada to work from home to provide telephone patient management for medical clinics.  The company looks for nurses with three years of recent clinical experience and previous telephone  experience.
Company looks for three years of clinical experience in pediatrics and adults, plus one year experience using electronic software and computerized medical protocols/guidelines. Some weekend work is required. High speed Internet and a room with a door are required for the call center's home office. A phone is required. In addition to your shift you may be required to be available for telephone meetings and presentations. Being bilingual in Spanish is considered an asset.
Telephone triage nurses are compensated on a per-call basis with a minimum per hour paid when volume is low. The average number of calls a phone triage nurse would receive per hour is about 4 to 5.  Per call rate and per hour rate are available depending on the client.
Three years of clinical experience in pediatrics and adults, plus one year experience using electronic software and computerized medical protocols/guidelines. Some weekend work is required. As a Client/ Customer Services Representative, you will provide quality service to clients and providers by accurately, effectively and consistently handling their telephone inquiries.

You will review and analyze customer requests in order to make service decisions in compliance with company policy guidelines.

You will provide support for all customer account issues and will communicate processing decisions to clients/providers as well as resolve program issues.

You will resolve customer issues by utilizing several different databases and software systems.

You will cultivate and maintain positive relations with the client base.

You will also be trained to handle inbound calls from our variety of clients. Duties performed include everything from simple requests such as the balance on an account or the change of an address, to more complex issues such as billing disputes and service request.

• 1+ years of customer service or related military experience and the ability to work shifts that meet business needs including potential weekends and holidays.
